Refund Policy

We want you to know exactly what you are paying for, and to be treated fairly if you decide to leave.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee pays for work we carry out for you: entering your medicines, staff and opening hours, and training your team. Once that work is done it is not refundable. If you decide not to go ahead before we have started, it is refunded in full.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid month is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, and you keep access until the end of that period.

Annual plans

Annual plans are paid upfront at a discount. If you cancel during an annual term, access continues to the end of the term. Partial annual terms are not refunded, except where required by law.
