Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Clinicos clinic software provided by MAA Tech. By subscribing to or using Clinicos, the clinic (“you”) agrees to these Terms.
The service
Clinicos is a subscription service for managing a clinic's front desk, appointments, consultations, pharmacy and billing. We provide it on a best-effort basis and work to keep it available, secure and backed up.
Subscription & payment
- A one-time setup fee of PKR 25,000 is payable when your clinic goes live. It covers the work of setting you up: entering your medicines, staff and opening hours, and training your team.
- Fees are billed monthly or annually, per clinic, plus any extra locations and optional add-ons.
- Payment is currently collected by bank transfer. Access continues while the subscription is paid and in good standing.
Acceptable use
- Use Clinicos only for lawful clinic operations.
- Keep staff login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.
- Do not attempt to breach security, access other clinics' data, or disrupt the service.
Your data
Your clinic's data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Medical responsibility
Clinicos is administrative software. It does not provide medical advice and does not make clinical decisions. All clinical judgement and patient care remain the responsibility of the clinic and its licensed practitioners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MAA Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding subscription period.
